Ivy Honey is an unusual Autumnal honey with a very distinct flavour. It has been promoted as England’s alternative for Manuka honey with cough relieving and anti-bacterial properties.

Chesire Ivy Honey has been made from the ivy plant (Hedera helix)Â and has been aged for one year resulting in a unique flavour and almost mousse like consistency. It’s from the nectar collected in Cheshire by our own bees in late September.
