Description

In the mid summer we move the bees to the Cheshire woodlands to collect nectar from the tree blossom and hedgerow flowers.

This is a complex tasting honey with herby flavours and hints of mint from the Lime tree blossom.

Soft set honey has had the natural granulation process carefully controlled to produce a smooth, velvety texture that melts on the tongue. Crystallisation lightens the colour of honey, but does not affect the taste at all.

Serving suggestion:

Delicious spread over hot toast, scones or muffins.

Precautions:

• Honey is not suitable for people with a severe allergy to pollen or other bee products.
• Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
