Lavender has been used for thousands of years for its ability to relieve stress, improve mood and help relaxation.

Serving suggestion:

A spoonful in warm (not hot!) water makes a a relaxing afternoon drink. Using only warm water preserves all the beneficial antioxidants, enzymes and biflavonoids.

Precautions:
