Our raw, Cheshire Spring honey infused with organic camomile blossom.

Camomile tea is commonly used in Europe, South America, and Mexico for insomnia and restlessness combined with irritability.

Ingredients:

Cheshire honey, Camomile flowers

Serving suggestion: A spoonful in warm (not hot!) water makes a perfect bedtime drink for a good night’s rest. Using only warm water preserves all the beneficial antioxidants, enzymes and biflavonoids.

Precautions:

• Honey should not be taken by people with allergies to honey, pollen or other bee products.
• Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
